My Business model is based upon experiences as a participant in over one hundred mediations. To ensure availability of the process to all disputes, my fee is $2500.oo, evenly divided. This fee includes all pre-mediation conferencing, which is essential, review and preparation and an eight hour mediation ( or twelve hour if needed). Lunch is provided. I firmly believe actual party participation is essential to a successful mediation and as an advocate I utilized several techniques to promote such involvement. My mediation protocol incorporates all the experiences of thirty-five years.
